We've been packing lots of portable snacks ourselves so far this summer and the following are some of our favorites.  Check out these <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.100daysofrealfood.com\/healthy-snack-ideas\/\">Healthy Snack Ideas<\/a><\/strong> too!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Banana Ice Cream in a Thermos<\/strong><br>We are huge Banana Ice Cream fans at our house. All you have to do is blend frozen bananas together with your milk of choice and you magically have a snack that is the exact consistency of ice cream and much better for you, of course. It's one of the best kept secrets when you've got a long travel day (or hot day at the pool) ahead of you because it will last for hours until you're ready to dig in.<br><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-47374\" src=\"https:\/\/www.100daysofrealfood.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/07\/frozen-cheese-sticks.jpg\" alt=\"Frozen cheese sticks on 100 Days of Real Food\" width=\"480\" height=\"640\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.100daysofrealfood.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/07\/frozen-cheese-sticks.jpg 480w, https:\/\/www.100daysofrealfood.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/07\/frozen-cheese-sticks-300x400.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 480px) 100vw, 480px\" \/><span style=\"color: #ffffff;\">-<\/span><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Frozen Yogurt Pops<\/strong><br>Wasn't sure if it would work, but I recently packed homemade frozen yogurt pops in my cooler for the pool (along with several ice packs, of course!), and they held up beautifully. I gave it to my daughters and their friends about an hour after we arrived, and we had no leakage or other issues at all. Some of my favorite things to add are popcorn, roasted pumpkin seeds, dried apricots (chopped), and even broken-up pieces of whole-grain crackers. Be creative and it will never get boring!<br><a href=\"https:\/\/www.100daysofrealfood.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/07\/Trail-Mix.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-47378\" src=\"https:\/\/www.100daysofrealfood.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/07\/Trail-Mix.jpg\" alt=\"Trail Mix on 100 Days of Real Food\" width=\"500\" height=\"331\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.100daysofrealfood.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/07\/Trail-Mix.jpg 500w, https:\/\/www.100daysofrealfood.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/07\/Trail-Mix-400x265.jpg 400w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 500px) 100vw, 500px\" \/><\/a><span style=\"color: #ffffff;\">-<\/span><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Frozen Smoothie Pops<\/strong><br>There are a thousand different smoothie recipes out there and one of our favorite things to do is freeze them in <a href=\"https:\/\/www.amazon.com\/gp\/product\/B0036B9KHO\/?tag=100dayofreafo-20\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow noopener noreferrer\">silicone ice pop molds<\/a>.
