Over the past year or so I\u2019ve blogged about quite a few topics:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Our family\u2019s <a href=\"https:\/\/www.100daysofrealfood.com\/original-100-days-of-real-food-blog-series\/\">original 100-day pledge<\/a> where we avoided all processed food and refined ingredients<\/li>\n<li>Our family\u2019s <a href=\"https:\/\/www.100daysofrealfood.com\/100-days-on-a-budget-series\/\">second 100-day pledge<\/a> where we did it again on less than a \u201cfood-stamp\u201d budget<\/li>\n<li>A series of \u201creal food\u201d <a href=\"..\/2011\/06\/10\/mini-pledge-week-14-five-ingredient-rule\/#mini-pledges\">mini-pledges<\/a> that challenged readers to cut out processed food one week at a time<\/li>\n<li>A slew of many other \u201creal food\u201d topics including everything from <a href=\"https:\/\/www.100daysofrealfood.com\/category\/children-adapting\/school-lunches\/\">school lunches<\/a> to <a href=\"https:\/\/www.100daysofrealfood.com\/category\/shopping\/food\/\">food shopping<\/a> to <a href=\"https:\/\/www.100daysofrealfood.com\/category\/health-benefits\">health benefits<\/a> as well as a very <a href=\"https:\/\/www.100daysofrealfood.com\/real-food-resources\/\">long list of recipes<\/a>!<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>I never know what I\u2019m going to do next until it happens, and just the other day a new idea popped into my head. I\u2019d written up a themed list of \u201cquick real food tips\u201d and then I immediately thought of another and another. Before I knew it I had lists coming out the wazoo, and I had to figure out some way to organize it all. So that brings me to the introduction of\u2026<!--more--><\/p>\n<h2 align=\"center\"><strong>\u201c100 Days of Real Food\u201d Tips<\/strong>!<\/h2>\n<p>There will be enough handy tips to cover the next 100 days and then some. Each tip for a given day will be compiled into one weekly blog post. We will tackle everything from meal planning to buying \u201creal food\u201d at mainstream grocery stores to dealing with picky eaters. The lists will be a \u201cquick hit\u201d on the highlights and also welcome readers to add their own advice in the comments. I already have a bunch of ideas I plan to tackle, but if you have any suggestions that you\u2019d like to see please let me know at the bottom of this post.<\/p>\n<p>I look forward to continuing on this real food journey with all of you\u2026who ever knew blogging could be so much fun!<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>PS<\/strong> \u2013 I am a finalist in the Today Show\u2019s \u201cHome Chef\u201d Challenge, and I am currently losing so I really need your votes!
